Dominate Premade Power Rankings

by I AM BLT

Group A

Strong Mental 4-1

Strong Mental is currently in the number 1 spot. With only dropping one series, SM is a team to keep your eye on. The team is pretty strong overall but is sporting an incredibly dominant bot lane. Whether Kalichi or T dooogg is in the ad carry role you would be wise not to let these men have Tristana. While having an impressive bot lane, SM seems to have more than just one win condition. Only time will tell but one thing is for sure, SM has what it takes to be the most dominant team in group A.

Cloud 10 3-2

Cloud 10 was our Dominate champs in season 4 of Risen. While most of the team has returned, they have added a few additions. They’ve had a few bumps in the road but C10 is most definitely a force to be reckoned with. The level of competition has gone up since last season. That being said, C10 will be looking to become the champs of season 5 as well. It will be exciting to see how they perform during the rest of the season.

New Day Rising 3-2

NDR is coming in at third in the power rankings. The only reason this team is coming in at 3rd instead of 4th is due to a win overturned against RMT W. This team is packed with talent in every lane. With impressive performances everywhere it’s hard to find an opponent that has a clear advantage over this team. The biggest stand out for this team has to be in the mid lane. Whether it be a pick like a Cassiopeia or a spicy Kennen mid, Bídoof has shown to be a staple for this team and should not be taken lightly.

Group B

PU Boilermakers 4-0

Coming in at first is BTFU. BTFU has yet to drop a single game and shows no sign of doing so anytime soon. Right now, they seem like an unstoppable force mowing down any team that steps in front of them. Dominating every lane, this team doesn’t seem to have a clear weakness. BTFU deserves to have all of our attention. The team not only has what it takes to make it to playoffs but also has what it takes to make it into the finals.

Ultra Instinct 4-0

Coming in at a close second is team UI. So far this season, UI has only dropped a single game. With the season being halfway over the groups are becoming pretty well defined. The big question in group B is which team will claim the number 1 spot. BTFU seems to be the only team with the capability to stop UI. With a number of Risen veterans on the team, UI is not a team that is going to roll over and take a loss. With the likes of Eggrolls in the top lane and Haytherelosers in the mid lane, as well as a strong bot lane, UI could definitely take that number 1 spot away from BTFU.

Karaoke Got Clapped 3-2

Third place will be going to KGC. With a star studded lineup ranging from the true super top Weíss Schnee, to the best Nocturne in all of Risen, No Excuse, to the amazing Hiccup, and the cute but deadly bot lane of Hobbs and Hurtnandez, it’s no surprise this team made the list. With their only losses coming from the two teams mentioned above, they have earned their spot on this list. That being said, they have their work cut out for them this season and really need to dig deep if they want to claim that number 1 spot.

Group C

Be Blazed 4-1

Coming in at first for group C is BE-B. The team has been pretty dominant so far this season being the only team to take a series over DLC. The team had made some roster changes after week 2 which have definitely worked in their favor seeing as they haven’t dropped a series since. As the rest of the season plays out, BE-B will be looking to hold on to their number 1 spot. That being said, the rest of the teams on this list will definitely make them earn that spot.

Doki Doki League Club 3-1

Standing in second is the infamous DLC. What’s not to love about this team? They have powerhouse players in every role while still having fun. You have the iconic bot lane duo of Eeshwan and Risen’s resident hotdogRandojoe. The Akali and Katarina mastermind Hoppou in the mid lane. The big bad Yasuo of Kyriaos in the top lane. Last but not least, the crazy Camille from Jackiechan3 in the jungle. No matter the situation, DLC has a win condition around every corner you turn.

Crown Central Gaming 3-0

Currently sitting at 3-0, CCG has had some strong showings. While they have some rescheduled games to be made up they have wins over teams GEN, BE-B, and TTG. The team currently has the potential to exit groups as the only undefeated team. They are the only team to not drop a single game in group C. Looks like we will have to wait in anticipation to see if they can keep that streak alive.

Group D

Capital D Colon 4-1

In first for group D we have Capital D Colon. With 2 wins due to FF,  we don’t have a lot of information to go off of for these guys. Their only loss is from now disbanded team NSG. While they have had strong showings in every lane one thing is clear: stop giving Lokidosi Lucian! The man has played Lucian every game so far. Well, if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.

Mont Royal 3-2

In second we have MTL. This team has had a bit of a rough start. With two wins coming from FF’s, they haven’t really had their chance to shine. That being said, the team shows up every week and gives it their all, and if nothing else does deserves respect for that. Right now they are sitting in the number 2 spot and have their work cut out for them to keep it.

100Brøthers 2-2

Finally, we have 100B. 100B has wins over MTL and E2 and their only losses come from D: and NSG. The team has had a few roster changes and hopefully things settle down for these guys because they have had some strong performances. The key to this team’s success will be finding some stability and playing towards their bot and top lanes, both of which have put up some impressive numbers. They certainly have the potential to be a contender in their group if they can get things calmed down.
